The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Pavilion will house 500 private patient rooms and 47 operating rooms in a 1.5 million square foot, 17-story facility adjacent to the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine. The patient rooms at the Pavilion will be adaptable to the current care required for a patient’s needs or as the caregiving needs of the patient change. Medical professionals can transition the room from an intensive care unit layout to a standard room for patient recovery. This new project will consist of eco-friendly construction, design, and operations in the pursuit of a LEED certification.  Nexus Valve and Keller Equipment are thankful to be the coil pack provider for this high-tech and environmentally friendly project.
