FORT MEADE ECB2
Nexus is pleased to work with DMR on the new Fort Meade East Campus Building, which is typically referred to as ECB2. This new $616 million project incorporates a multi-story 826,114-square-foot office building, a 72,268 square-foot mechanical plant, a multi-story 1,100,000-square-foot parking structure, and a 500-car surface parking lot. This new project will help to facilitate educational accommodations for new students. When the ECB2 project is completed in 2020 it’s expected to be awarded a LEED Silver certification.
