RIVER LANDING EAST OFFICE TOWER
The East Tower at River Landings is the first new high-rise office tower in 30 years to be built in downtown Saskatoon, Canada. The River Landing project consists of two office towers, 22 and 13 stories, a 17 story hotel, and a 20 story upscale condominium tower that will boost the revitalization of downtown real estate. In total, the $300 million dollar project is nothing like Saskatoon has ever seen. The East Tower will consist of 185,000 square feet of office space, conference space, restaurants, banks, and a fitness center. Nexus Valve, along with H.V.A.C.
